Notice Regarding PDF Files and ADA Compliance
The United States Department of Justice has issued a rule requiring state and local governments to ensure ADA compliance for their websites no later than April 24, 2026. As a part of this rule, certain PDFs and documents are exempt from the website compliance requirements if they were created before the rule was implemented, and if they are used for archive purposes only. All of the PDF documents on this website are archival in nature, and all of were posted prior to 2025. Therefore, all our historical documents meet the exemption standard of the accessibility rule.
